Antique Noritake Lusterware Condiment Set: Hand-Painted Floral Art Deco

The exquisite blue color and great condition are a rare find for an antique condiment set. Made in Japan between 1918 and early 1920s by Noritake. The maker's mark can be found on the bottom of the mustard jar. Made in the Lusterware process which produces a stunning metallic glaze that gives the effect of iridescence. Each piece is hand painted in blue with a complimentary floral design, and accented in gold trim. The set includes the following – salt shaker, pepper shaker, mustard jar with spoon, and serving tray. This set include new corks for the salt and pepper set in order to be fully functional for today's table use.
