Vintage Delft Blue Floral Bonbonniere – Plateelbakkerij Schoonhoven Candy Dish

From the midcentury, this blue and white hand painted bonbonniere (candy dish) is dutch pottery made in the Delft style. Based on the marks, this piece was made between 1945 – 1970 by the Plateelbakkerij Schoonhoven Pottery Company which was located in Schoonhoven, a province of South Holland. The bottom includes the model # 5594, and the artist initials. Plateelbakkerij Schoonhoven was in operation from 1920-2013.

Condition: Excellent – no chips, cracks, stains, or crazing. Slight wear on a tiny portion of the rim, hard to catch (please see last photo). Feel free to message me if you have additional questions or would like more photos.
