This vintage porcelain bell features a hand-painted relief of St. Nicholas in traditional bishop robes, marked with the year 1910 above the figure. Part of the Flambro "Memories of the Legend" series, and inspired by illustrations from artist Thomas Nast, this collectible Christmas bell reflects a historical interpretation of Santa Claus in the 1910s. Please note, the bell clapper is missing.
Crafted in the late 1980s to early 1990s, the bell includes a molded burgundy bow, golden staff, and dark green holly leaf trim along the base, all finished with vivid hand-painted detail. There is no maker’s sticker present and the original box is not included, but the design and construction are consistent with other documented pieces from this collectible series.
Ideal for collectors of Santa Claus figures, the Art Nouveau period, vintage holiday bells, or those curating a display of antique-style Father Christmas decor.
Condition: Missing clapper and maker's sticker (price reduced accordingly), otherwise in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, fading, or stains.
Measurements: 4"W x 6"H
