Vintage L.E. Smith Thousand Eyes Clear Glass Fan Vase

Made between 1940 – 1958 by L.E. Smith, this is an intricately designed glass pressed fan vase that is 8 inches in height. This hobnail vase has a dramatic Thousand Eyes pattern cascades down to the pedestal base. The narrow opening fan shape has 8 pillow panels.

This beautifully designed fan can be a stand alone statement piece, or provide a wonderful floral display thanks to vase's narrow fan design.

The L.E. Smith Glass Company was founded by "Lew" Smith in Jeannette, Pennsylvania in 1907. Aside from offering exquisite glass items, the company was known for producing the first headlight lens for the Model T Ford. The company closed in 2004.

Condition: Excellent – no chips or cracks. Bubbles in the glass are from the manufacturing process
