About the artist
Canadian artist, Bill Saunders, began exhibiting his art in 1977. Saunders use of acrylic paints allows for beautiful detail in his work. Born in Montreal in 1948, his landscape work is recognized for dramatic skies, the shimmer of sunlight on water, and the never ending dance of shadows and light. Saunders cherishes his scenes set in nature, and tries to preserve through his paintings. As the world rushes forward, Bill Saunders hopes that these scenes will never disappear.
