This mid-century ROSENTHAL gravy boat with an attached underplate is in the POMPADOUR shape/form which features an ornate, elegant curved relief design. Decorated in Rosenthal's MOSS ROSE pattern which is hand painted, and has an off-center pink rose motifs with delicate green leaves on an ivory background. Both the gravy boat and attached underplate are accenting in beautiful gold trim. This Rosenthal gravy boat was made in Germany in 1962 (the date based on the maker's mark version).
