French Floral Porcelain Cake Plate & Server Set – Cooper Hewitt Design

A rare matching cake plate and server set! This porcelain cake plate and server set is from the prestigious Cooper Hewitt Smithsonian Design Museum in New York City. Both cake plate and server are decorated in a vintage french floral pattern exhibited at the museum's Department of Wallpaper. The plate and server are made of white porcelain and decorated with red, orange and blue flowers. The cake plate rim has a diamond pattern board with scalloped edging, and gold gilt accenting. This plate and server would be a lovely addition to your entertaining serving pieces or giving as a beautiful cake plate and server gift set.
