Vintage Rosenthal Porcelain Trinket Box – Aida Cream Wheat & Butterfly, 1950s

This elegant vintage Rosenthal porcelain trinket box was crafted in Germany in 1953 and features the rare Aida Cream (3162) pattern. The rectangular lidded box is beautifully decorated with delicate floral sprays and butterflies in soft pinks, greens, and golds. A refined gold trim accents the edges, enhancing its timeless appeal. What makes this piece especially unique is its footed base, giving it added dimension and charm.

Made in the Selb-Plössberg factory, this midcentury porcelain box is a fine example of Rosenthal’s craftsmanship and artistry. It’s ideal as a jewelry box, vanity organizer, or decorative accent in a bedroom or bathroom. The bottom is clearly marked with the Rosenthal hallmark used in 1953, and the number “11” is also inscribed inside the lid.
