This vintage ceramic trivet was made in Italy in the 1980s by Zanolli Pottery and features a hand-painted pear motif in rich yellow and green tones, framed by a cobalt blue border. The trivet is shaped like a small cutting board with a hole at the top, allowing it to be hung on the wall as kitchen decor or used flat on a surface. It is marked on the reverse Zanolli Hand Painted Italy and finished with a protective glaze.
Measuring 10 inches in length and 8 inches wide, this piece is both functional and decorative. The hand-painted fruit motif and rustic Italian style make it a fitting addition to Mediterranean-inspired kitchens or vintage ceramic collections. It pairs well with farmhouse, cottage, or country kitchen decor, and it makes a thoughtful gift for pottery collectors or lovers of Italian kitchenware.
Zanolli is known for producing decorative ceramics in Nove, Italy, and this trivet reflects their classic approach to hand-painted tableware and kitchen art throughout the mid to late 20th century.
